Preorder Shipping

• Preorder items typically take 3-6 weeks to ship from the date of purchase.
• Please note that this is an estimate, and actual shipping times may vary depending on product availability and other factors.
• We will notify you by email with tracking information once your preorder item has shipped.

Premade Order Shipping

• Premade or in-stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.

 

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for purchases made through our website. However, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, so we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size.

Exchanges

• If you receive an item and find that it doesn't fit right, you can request an exchange for a different size of the same item. Then will provide you with the steps needed. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will ship the new size to you.
